We are pleased to present another completed project.
Our part was comparatively modest, although the full development is a clear landmark in its surroundings. LIFE-Kutuzovsky is an upmarket residential quarter in the LIFE series by the Moscow developer Pioneer Group.
ADM designed the project under Andrey Romanov and Ekaterina Kuznetsova. The multi-storey residential buildings use a contemporary architectural language and high-quality facade materials.
🔍Custom clinker in colours from chocolate brown to turquoise distinguishes the individual buildings while keeping the ensemble coherent. Jura Limestone marks the connecting structures with a light natural tone that complements the timber-inspired palette.
The lightest selection, Jura Cream White, was further brightened by sandblasting. Around 750 m² of Jura stone was used, including the cladding of complex curved rooflights. With proven performance in GOST climatic zone II B and frost resistance of at least 150 cycles, the limestone was suitable for these exposed elements.
