Facade Cladding at the NV 9 Premium Residence

NV 9 is a premium residential building on Nikolovorobinsky Lane inside Moscow's Boulevard Ring.

This part of old Moscow retains a quiet, unhurried character. A historic bell tower, the famous high-rise on Kotelnicheskaya Embankment, nineteenth-century houses and contemporary architecture share a recognisably Moscow skyline.

Stone used for the facade: Jura Cream Limestone — 3,500 m² Jura Gold Limestone — 1,000 m²

The facade material was selected to match the status of the premium residence. Light Jura Cream and a darker selection of Jura Beige create refinement, contrast and a distinct architectural identity.

At the same time, Jura stone conveys restrained dignity without ostentation. Its proven durability also influenced the choice: under the relevant GOST test method, Jura Limestone withstands up to 250 freeze–thaw cycles. Used in Russia since the early 2000s, it has established a strong record as an exterior cladding material.
