We continue our series on facade projects completed in Russia with the participation of JuraLimestone GmbH.
This article presents Balchug Viewpoint, an exclusive residential building on Sadovnicheskaya Embankment on Balchug Island in the very centre of Moscow.
The stars of the Kremlin are visible from the roof of the residence.
🔍The development was designed by Hadi Teherani within the international practice BRT RUS. Moscow architect Ksenia Kapustina served as lead project architect.
🔍The unusual movement of the facade and its natural materials create a European-standard premium residence in the heart of the capital.
🔍Our preparation and strict selection of 7,500 m² of Jura Gold enabled us to participate in the ambitious project. The specification contained hundreds of different stone sizes and element types.
🔍The photograph shows the installation of large-format beige Jura Gold slabs.
The completed building reflects the architects' creativity, the contractors' intensive work and the developer's vision. Balchug Viewpoint deserves recognition among the achievements of contemporary Moscow architecture.
