Private Residence at 31 Kotelnicheskaya Embankment

The residence at 31 Kotelnicheskaya Embankment belongs firmly in Moscow's deluxe property segment. Russian Monolith completed the complex in 2017 in a monumental Soviet-neoclassical style with relief decoration. Its facade combines several natural stones. Light granite forms the plinth, while most wall surfaces use limestone with a calm, even colour. Jura Gold is reserved for the window surrounds, setting them in deliberate contrast to the principal stone. The combination gives the facade a distinctive interplay of form, texture and tone.
