LEVEL Barvikha Residence
About the project
LEVEL Barvikha Residence is a club-style residential complex in one of Russia's most prestigious locations, on Rublevo-Uspenskoye Highway. Situated only metres from the government route in the village of Barvikha, it was named a winner of the 2015 Urban Awards in the Premium Residential Complex of the Year category. The development comprises three low-rise buildings with restrained minimalist facades clad in Jura Grey Blue, sandblasted and brushed. Sandblasting initially softens much of the limestone's texture; subsequent brushing reveals it again without creating excessive contrast. This treatment preserves the distinctive character of Jura Limestone while giving the facade a quiet sense of quality and discreet respectability—an apt expression of the residents' success and confidence.
