NV 9 Premium Residence

NV 9 is a premium residential building on Nikolovorobinsky Lane inside Moscow's Boulevard Ring. This part of old Moscow retains a quiet, unhurried character. From here, a historic bell tower, the famous high-rise on Kotelnicheskaya Embankment, nineteenth-century houses and contemporary architecture share a recognisably Moscow skyline. The facade uses 3,500 m² of Jura Cream and 1,000 m² of Jura Gold. The natural stones were selected to match the status of the residential complex. Together they give the exterior elegance and individuality while maintaining a restrained, unostentatious dignity.
