Balchug Viewpoint Residential Complex
About the project
The premium Balchug Viewpoint residential complex was developed by Inteko on Sadovnicheskaya Embankment in Moscow’s Zamoskvorechye district. The nine-storey mixed-use apartment building was designed by BRT RUS under lead architect Ksenia Kapustina. Balchug Viewpoint stands in the historic centre of Moscow on Balchug Island, only 500 metres from the Kremlin. Its facades are clad in specially selected, neutral-beige Jura Gold with a honed finish. A total of 7,500 m² of cut-to-size Jura Gold slabs was supplied directly from the factory in Germany and installed using a project-specific facade system.
