Kvartal 38A Residential Complex — Facades

Kvartal 38A is a business-class residential complex in south-west Moscow, set back from traffic near the intersection of Obrucheva Street and Leninsky Prospekt. Contemporary architecture and natural materials give the development light, space and a strong individual identity. Natural Jura marble was chosen to express the dynamic contrast of the facades. The project by Mosproekt’s Workshop No. 11 uses sandblasted Jura Cream and honed Jura Noce. The entrance areas are also finished in Jura Limestone. Polished stone with pronounced texture and rock-face accents gives the interiors a refined character and reinforces the identity of the complex.
