LIFE-Kutuzovsky Residential Complex
About the project
LIFE-Kutuzovsky is being developed in a quiet green district of western Moscow on the bank of the Setun River. Pioneer Group positions it as a business-class development. Eight residential buildings of varying heights were built on the former site of a woodworking plant on Gzhatskaya Street; the masterplan was created by the Russian architectural bureau ADM. The exterior walls combine clinker brick in shades ranging from chocolate brown to rich turquoise. Our company supplied stone for the commercial block containing shops, restaurants and services. Sandblasted Jura Cream was selected for the transition structures. Slabs over one metre long were chosen in the lightest available shade to emphasise the colour transition.
