Mirozdanie Residential Complex

Mirozdanie is a premium residential development by Setl City at 37 Mira Street in Saint Petersburg, within walking distance of the Peter and Paul Fortress and the cruiser Aurora. Its architectural concept was created by Intercolumnium under Evgeny Podgornov. The facades combine natural Jura stone, facing tiles and thin-layer mineral render, with French balconies and pilasters. Attic floors and terraces give the building a light, refined silhouette appropriate to its historic setting. Light clinker brick is paired with pale cream Jura Cream in a special brushed finish. A dedicated installation system was used for the natural-stone facade.
