Morskaya Rezidentsiya Office Complex

Morskaya Rezidentsiya occupies a prominent site on Vasilyevsky Island beside the Gulf of Finland. Its architecture draws on pre-revolutionary Saint Petersburg. Four buildings are linked by a gallery and composed as a ship whose bow faces the bay. The facades use Jura Cream in varied formats and sections. Our company supplied both cut-to-size elements and blanks that were processed in Saint Petersburg by two specialist stone companies. A total of 35,000 m² of honed and rock-face Jura Cream was used. The pale stone creates a dignified contrast with the northern sky and the water throughout the seasons. Jura Limestone was also selected for its proven durability among marble limestones.
