Course House

Jura Beige, banded and vein-cut

About the project

Course House is another premium residential project in Moscow's Ostozhenka district. The private residence was designed by the ARPM architectural studio under the father-and-son team of the Pantieleev family and completed in 2008 for developer SUI Holding. The facade uses natural Jura Limestone in the rare vein-cut selection. Its linear structure recalls travertine, but the stone is denser and withstands up to 250 freeze–thaw cycles.
