PRIME TIME Residential Complex
About the project
PRIME TIME is a contemporary A+++ business-class residential development on Viktorenko Street by developer Atlantik. Its three buildings combine neoclassical architecture with elements of the Stalinist Empire style. We were entrusted with cladding the three-storey plinth zones of all three buildings in light-beige Jura Limestone, using both cross-cut and vein-cut stone. The material was supplied as flat honed slabs and as prefabricated seamless corner elements for the entrance portals. The tall natural-stone base gives the buildings the refined and dignified presence of monumental architecture. At the same time, Jura Limestone rewards a closer look with fossils preserved from the Jurassic period, including ammonites, belemnites, ancient fish and sponges.
