House in Pozharsky Lane

House in Pozharsky Lane is another premium project by the well-known Moscow practice Ostozhenka. Completed in 2008, the six-storey residential building also contains Class A offices in one of the capital's most prestigious districts. The facade is made from dark, richly toned beige Jura Limestone with a honed finish. The developer was DEKRA Construction, an international real-estate company. We are proud to have supplied the marbled Jura Limestone for this intimate, carefully composed project.
