House on Trubetskaya Residential Complex

House on Trubetskaya is a premium residential project by architect Sergey Tkachenko. OZ RTI completed the private apartment building in 2013 in Moscow's Khamovniki district, close to the Moscow Youth Palace. The facade uses natural Jura Limestone with several surface finishes and varied slab geometry. Curved facade elements combine with rock-face stone to give the neoclassical building a distinctive appearance. Restrained carved-stone inserts complete the composition. House on Trubetskaya was one of the first private residential projects of this level in Khamovniki.
