About the project

We present to your attention a premium club house "ASTRIS" at 21 Kosygina Street. This project was designed by the renowned Moscow architect Mikhail Belov and is a closed residential complex on the Vorobyovy Gory, set back from Kosygina Street, adjacent to the House of Pioneers. The facade is executed in the classical Palladian style and is mounted on a monumental high granite plinth, transitioning further into a stone facade made of Jurassic marble and various forms of architectural concrete. The main facade cladding used Jurassic stone Jura Beige honed, which also determined its use for cladding the external retaining walls, as the entire club complex, according to the project, is situated in a recess, ensuring its seclusion and club-like atmosphere.
