Residential complex CRYSTAL HOUSE
About the project
We present to your attention the elite residential complex CRYSTAL HOUSE on Ostozhenka in Khamovniki. This project was implemented by developer ROSE Group according to the design of the well-known and oldest Moscow architectural bureau "Meganom" under the leadership of Yuri Grigoryan. The residential complex occupies almost half of the block between Khilkov and Korobeinikov lanes and faces the Prechistenskaya embankment. The club quarter is built in a minimalist style using large glazing structures. Jura marble with a bush-hammered surface was used for the facade cladding. The dynamics of the facade and the combination with large-format windows projecting from the main plane give the project a non-standard and at the same time exclusive look of restrained superiority that needs no advertising. Jura marble harmoniously combines with the surrounding elite residential complexes on Butikovsky, Molochny and Khilkov lanes and forms the architectural environment of the Golden Mile of our capital.
