Grand Prix House

About the project
Grand Prix House is another private residential project by architect Sergey Skuratov. Its three buildings stand in Butikovsky Lane on Moscow's Golden Mile, within the prestigious Ostozhenka district. The facade palette combines black Belgian brick, smoked oak framed in aluminium and natural Jura Limestone. Honed Jura Beige and Jura Grey Blue are articulated with two types of linear grooves. Changes in stone colour and rustication define the movement of the elevations and distinguish the individual buildings, giving the residence restraint, refinement and concise expression. Grand Prix House was completed in 2003. Nearly a quarter of a century later, its Jura Limestone facades retain their appearance and continue to age naturally with the architecture.
