Residential Complex "RedSide"

We bring to your attention perhaps one of the largest projects of an elite residential quarter in Moscow. The "RedSide" residential complex is located between Sergey Makeev Street and 2nd Chernogryazskaya Street, thus forming essentially an entire premium-level quarter on Krasnaya Presnya. The residential complex was implemented in 2017 by the company Insigma Development according to the design of the well-known and oldest architectural bureau of Moscow, "Group ABV", under the leadership of Biryukov N.Yu. The location of the club quarter as well as its premium execution set the standard and pace of development for this territory, which is already being built up with premium residential complexes by renowned developer companies of the capital. Natural Jurassic marble from Bavaria in a beige shade was chosen as the facade cladding material. The choice of this Jurassic stone made it possible to implement extraction, product quality control, supply, and adherence to tight installation deadlines for a volume of about 80,000 m2 of material. Jura Beige is a Jurassic marble that occurs in sufficient quantities in almost all quarries of the Jurassic industry in the upper layers and has a track record of use on ventilated facades of buildings worldwide for many decades. The ability to extract material of uniform color in parallel from several terraces and, importantly, with similar physical and mechanical properties, made it possible to implement such an ambitious project of the elite quarter of the "RedSide" residential complex within tight deadlines.
