About the project
Role Clef is a pioneering premium private residential complex in Krasnodar, built and commissioned by the national developer AVA Group. Its place among the finalists of the Urban Awards further underlines its importance within the premium housing market of Russia's Southern Federal District. Beige Jura Limestone with a honed finish was selected for the facade. Its neoclassical architecture reinforces the exclusive character of the project, while the warm, dignified stone is integrated naturally into the overall composition. Against the blue sky of the growing city, the Jura facade gives the residence a memorable identity. The French name may be read as “key role”; the development is intended to set a benchmark for premium residential architecture in Krasnodar for years to come.
