Club House "BAKST"

About the project
We present to your attention a closed-type residential complex at Bolshoy Kozikhinsky Lane 15, approximately 10 minutes of leisurely walk from the main thoroughfare of our capital - Tverskaya Street, and just a stone's throw from Patriarch's Ponds. The architecture of the residential complex is executed in the Art Deco style with very expressive panels on the upper floors, which repeat the decorations of Lev Bakst for the play "The Afternoon of a Faun", staged in Paris by the great Diaghilev. The facade, in addition to artistic inserts of patinated copper, the main part of the facade is made of Jura Beige Jurassic marble in honed and bushhammered finish. There are also carved ornaments harmoniously integrated into the overall architectural concept.
