De Luxe Class Club House "Smolensky Boulevard 24"

The club house of the residential complex "Smolensky Boulevard 24" organically fits into a location in immediate proximity to the Garden Ring and is within its inner boundaries. The residential complex is hidden from the noisy artery of Moscow and is located within its inner boundaries. The project was designed by the legendary and one of the oldest architectural bureaus of Moscow, AB "Ostozhenka". The plinth of the building is made of natural Jurassic marble Jura Beige honed, giving this residential complex a premium look and an intimate feel.
