Symphony of Embankments Private Residence

About the project
Symphony of Embankments was completed in 2018. The developer was SK-207 and the general contractor Libracon Project. The private residence occupies a premium riverside location on Kotelnicheskaya Embankment, close to the Kremlin and Zaryadye Park. Its architecture draws on the Stalinist Empire style, with bay windows, panoramic glazing and arched openings across the first two floors. The facade is clad in beige and grey-toned Jura Limestone with a C220 honed finish. The material combines durability with the ability to age naturally alongside the building. Over time, natural pigments gently fade in sunlight and the marbled limestone becomes lighter. Moscow already has Jura facades that have performed successfully for more than 25 years.
