Club House "Smolensky De Lux"

We present to your attention an elite residential complex in the area of Smolenskaya Square near the Ministry of Foreign Affairs - the club house Smolensky De Lux. The project was developed by the architectural studio "Group ABV" under the leadership of Nikita Biryukov. Yulia Otstavnova served as the chief architect of the project. Overall, the project turned out solid, although not entirely in line with the architects' original intent. Initially, Jurassic marbleized limestone from the Jura Cream Rahmweiss series was planned, but during construction, Jura Biege honed was used. Overall, the building's facade matches the location and combines several different surfaces: honed, stipped, ornament.
