Art View House, St Petersburg

Art View House is a distinctive deluxe private residence by Okhta Group in St Petersburg. It occupies a premium site on the Moika River Embankment, close to the Mariinsky Theatre and St Isaac's Cathedral. The location appears to have influenced an architectural language that recalls the Italian masters of pre-revolutionary St Petersburg. The facade uses natural Jura Limestone in rare grey-blue and grey-beige selections. Varied surface finishes and substantial solid elements allow the stone to express the concept by Evgeny Gerasimov & Partners, creating one of the most individual private residential buildings in contemporary St Petersburg.
