Chekhov House

About the project
Chekhov House is a distinctive Vesper project inside Moscow's Garden Ring. A low-rise premium residence between the Garden Ring and Tverskaya Street is itself a rarity. With only ten apartments, the restrained architecture resembles a private minimalist villa. The carefully considered design is by the renowned Moscow practice Tsimailo Lyashenko & Partners. Beige Jura Limestone with the unusual grooved finish known as geriffelt gives the facade a highly individual texture and appearance.
