Futurist Private Residence, St Petersburg

Futurist is a premium residential complex in St Petersburg, built by the established local developer RBI and designed by Evgeny Gerasimov & Partners. The Art Deco project has twice received an Urban Award. The facades use natural Jura Limestone in the relatively rare Jura Grey Blue and Jura Melange selections. Ornamental inserts add movement to the elevations, while the entrance is defined by columns likewise clad in natural Jura stone.
