About the project
We present to your attention the premium residential complex "Sofiysky" - a project by the architectural and design studios of Natalia Zelenova. The project was implemented by the developer company TSI Development and was put into operation in 2019. The project became the winner of the PROESTATE&TOBY Awards in the category "Best elite-class residential project in Moscow". The location of the project on Sofiyskaya Embankment in the Golden Island area on Yakimanka in the Central Administrative District determines its quality and status. For the finishing of the facade plinth, natural Jurassic marble Jura Beige honed was chosen, which served to set the complex apart at this level and match its status. The facade of the residential complex "Sofiysky" is a combination of dark beige stones (Jurassic marble) and lighter limestone.
