Renome Residential Complex

Renome is a private residential building developed by Sminex on the second line behind Novoslobodskaya Street, close to Moscow's Garden Ring. The project was designed by the prominent Moscow practice ADM, whose headquarters are located opposite in the Atmosfera business centre. The facade uses light Jura Limestone in two principal treatments: sandblasted with rustication, and honed with carved ornament. Renome is a confident collaboration between ADM and Sminex that sets a high standard for premium housing in this location. The combination of sandblasting and ADM's characteristic rustication uses the marbled stone to reinforce the movement and depth of the facade.
