Residential complex "Skolkovo Park"
About the project
We present to your attention the premium-class residential complex "Skolkovo Park", located in the prestigious Zarechye district in Moscow Oblast, but only a few hundred meters from the Moscow Ring Road. The residential complex was commissioned in 2015 and built according to the design of the famous architectural bureau TPO "Rezerv" under the leadership of V. I. Plotkin. ABD Architects took direct part in the general design and facade alignment. Natural stone was chosen as facade cladding. Most of the cladding consists of natural Jurassic marble in beige shades. In total, Jurassic limestone was used on pylons, in combination with translucent structures along the curved planes of the facade lines. Particular attention should be paid to the arrangement of the architectural appearance of large facade areas without glazing. The selected colors of Jurassic stone allow large-format slabs to be arranged harmoniously without a chessboard effect.
