BULKA Restaurant, 69 Bolshaya Gruzinskaya Street

Restaurateur Anna Shumailova opened a bakery, patisserie and coffee shop here in 2010. It soon grew into a fully fledged restaurant and later into a network of three restaurants in prime Moscow locations, meeting the exacting expectations of residents and visitors alike. We are pleased that Jura stone also contributed to the project. Jura Beige limestone with honed and polished finishes was selected for the interior. Its natural texture emphasises the refined, individual character of the space.
