About the project

We bring to your attention some buildings of BC "Sheremetyevsky" that have undergone redevelopment in recent history. Initially, this location was a production base for the furniture factory "Moscow", which had been operating since 1926. In the early 2000s, the factory moved to the Moscow region, and the existing buildings were offered as business centers for office rental. Buildings No. 5 and No. 8 underwent redevelopment and are currently operated as class A offices, serving as premium headquarters for well-known companies. The facades of these buildings are designed in a unified, laconic minimalist architectural concept. To add prestige relative to the neighboring buildings of the former furniture factory, the facades were made of natural Jurassic marble Jura Travertin honed. Jurassic limestone harmoniously fits into the loft architecture of industrial design while simultaneously ennobling it.
