A modern class A+ business center was put into operation in 2023. The developer is AFI Development. This concept was formed long ago by AECOM. The use of Jurassic marbleized limestone on the building facades emphasizes its premium class A+ level. The business center is a dominant feature directly on Tverskaya Zastava Square and is located near the Belorusskaya metro station. By using large-format square slabs of Jura Beige honed upper layer material, it was possible to create a uniform facade structure combined with a granite plinth and glass edges.
