Residential Complex "Vorobyov House"
About the project
We present to your attention another project of the famous Moscow architectural bureau "ADM" under the direction of Andrey Romanov and Ekaterina Kuznetsova. The residential complex is located on the Vorobyovy Hills in the area between Kosygina Street and Berezhkovskaya Embankment. The complex consists of two buildings with different facade finishes, connected by a common stylobate. One building has a facade made of natural stone - Jurassic limestone Jura Beige gebandert in a sandblasted & brushed finish. Also present is the signature mark of the ADM bureau - fine rustication on selected panels. It should be noted that another signature mark of the bureau is the finishing of the perimeter of the stylobate lanterns with stone slabs in the overall context of the building.
