Your attention is invited to the premium residential quarter in Khamovniki "Literator" from GALS-Development. This elite residential complex is a project of the well-known Moscow architectural bureau "Sergey Kiselev and Partners". The complex is located in a prestigious location not far from the Garden Ring and is a modern quarter of elite real estate of a club character. The architectural concept of the facade is a combination of expensive clinker and natural Jurassic limestone. This project used a rare variety of Jurassic marble - Jurassic travertine. This stone is a marbled Jurassic limestone but can be cut across the layer, which adds pronounced veins that give it a resemblance to travertines. At the same time, having such a texture, Jurassic limestone has all the advantages of marbled limestone - high frost resistance and a dense structure less susceptible to external contamination and biocorrosion.
