We bring to your attention another club house in the Golden Mile location of our capital on Ostozhenka. Residential complex Khilkov, building 5. The developer is a well-known Moscow developer, the company "Barkli", and the architect was the "ABV" Group under the management of Biryukov Nikita Yuryevich. The de lux class club house is built in straight facade forms using natural Jurassic travertine in the cladding. It should be noted that the direction of the veins was chosen vertically, which gives the facade a certain orientation. Architectural stucco from concrete was also used and neatly inserted into the facade to add dynamics and semantic load. Jurassic travertine in a non-standard application with vertical arrangement of veins gives this club house some extravagance and unconventionality. Overall, the club house "Khilkov 5" in this location fully corresponds to the architectural landscape of the Golden Mile and attracts the attention of both Muscovites and guests of the capital.
