About the project

We present to your attention the exclusive high-rise residential complex ESCALA in Vancouver. The tower was built in 2002 in the prestigious Coal Harbour district on the bay shore. The creation of the architectural project by the bureau James K.M. Cheng Architects Inc, realized by the developer ASPAC Development Ltd, successfully fits into the architecture of the area right on the harbour shore. The harsh maritime climate and strong winds in the high-rise zone imposed certain requirements on the facade cladding material of the building. Natural Jurassic marble in the Jura Travertin honed finish successfully fits into the building's concept, ensuring trouble-free operation for almost a quarter of a century with its physical and technical characteristics.
