Leninsky 38 Apartment Complex

Leninsky 38 is a premium apartment complex developed by Medzhikom and designed by ADM under Andrey Romanov and Ekaterina Kuznetsova. Completed in 2019, it stands in Moscow's prestigious Gagarinsky district. The facade is finished in natural Jura Limestone with a sandblasted surface. Rustication on selected panels adds expression in ADM's characteristic manner. Concave elements depart from the principal facade plane, emphasising its sculptural quality and giving the building a memorable identity.
