About the project

Sadovye Kvartaly is a major work of contemporary Moscow architecture: a private residential quarter for people who value quiet surroundings, privacy and the best traditions of international premium design. Its material palette extends well beyond Jura stone and includes high-grade facing brick, patinated copper and other natural cladding stones. Light selections of marbled Jura Limestone were used mainly in cross-cut and vein-cut form. The principal finishes are C220 honed and sandblasted. The quarter occupies the area between Usacheva, Trubetskaya, Efremova and 3rd Frunzenskaya streets. Jura stone was installed on Building A of Block 10; Buildings A, B, Zh, I and K of Block 11; Buildings A, D and G of Block 12; and Buildings B, V and G of Block 13.
