Malaya Ordynka 19 is a contemporary premium residential complex by the Moscow practice ADM (Architectural Dialogue with the Metropolis), led by Roman Andreev and Ekaterina Kuznetsova. It stands in the prestigious Zamoskvorechye district, close to the Tretyakov Gallery, Balchug Island and the Kremlin. The developer is Sminex, a leading company in Moscow's premium construction market. Glass, brick and natural stone form the facade palette. We supplied light Jura Cream White Limestone with a sandblasted finish. Rusticated facade elements—a recognisable detail in ADM's work—add depth and rhythm to the stone surfaces.
