About the project
Shabolovsky Residence Hall is a premium private residential building completed by Novaya Group in 2023 to a design by the renowned Moscow practice Oleg Klodt Architecture & Design. Light-toned Jura Limestone forms the facade. Deeply rusticated Jura panels and substantial projecting vertical elements create three-dimensional depth, giving the building additional individuality and expression.
